Our shop payments are managed by Klarna Checkout service, which is an easy-to-use and safe way to shop in our store. It's easy to fill in your details and then you can already choose the best payment method for you.
You have the following payment methods available: Visa, Mastercard, Bank transfer (in Finland), invoice and part payment.. By using the Klarna Checkout service you accept the terms and conditions of Klarna AB (556737-0431, Norra stationsgatan 61, 113 43 Stockholm) which you can review at the checkout.
The payments are shown as "Digital River World Payments AB" on your account bill.
Prices in the e-commerce store are shown including Finnish VAT 24%. Customers from non-EU countries are excluded are responsible for possible import customs and VAT taxes in their own country. Tiima Watch Company Oy uses free shipping. Checkout page will show available shipment methods to your zip code and country.
After we have received your order we will send you an order confirmation in to your email. You must always inspect the order confirmation. If you have something to ask you should contact our customer service. When contacting us please let us know the order number and you customer number for faster service.
All shipments within Finland are shipped by Posti (Finnish post office). You can get more information from Posti. We currently ship only to Finland.
Posti parcels will be delivered to your given address. Delivery times for Finland is 3-5 days and 7-10 to Sweden and Norway
If you decide to cancel this contract, we will return you all transactions we have received from you, without delay and in any case within 14 days counting from the time we received returned products. We will perform the refund using the payment method you used in the original transaction, if you have not explicitly agreed otherwise, and in any case at no additional cost to you.
You must send the goods back without delay and within 14 days from sending the notice of return. You will have followed the due date, if you send the goods back before said 14-day period ends. Tiima Watch Company Oy offers free return for all products. You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Returns from Finland should be done via Posti.
The terms apply where no other written agreements have been made between you as the purchaser and Tiima Watch Company Oy.

LAW AND JURISDICTION
Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under this User Agreement. All disputes arising under this agreement which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Helsinki, Finland. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
